q1.can we get your free samples?
a:1~2 sample is free,you only under take shipping fee. for customized sample,u need paying both proofing fee and shipping fee.
q2.what is the normal lead time?
a:we can send those in stock in 3 days you can receive in 7~10 days according to different countries.for those are out of
stock,delivery time 10~20 days
q3:what's your shipping method?
a: for small orders ship door to door like dhl.fedex.tnt.ups etc for large orders, ship by sea or air
q4.how do you control the bottles quality?
a:we have the professional qc dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.and we will also select and examine the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.
q5.what we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a:a.any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15 days after you get the goods. b.take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.when we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
q6.how does your factory do regarding quality control?
